The Experience

It is important that you get a positive and individualized experience throughout the entire process, and we will do our best to guide you every steps of the way. So here is a little preview of our process:

The Pre-session consultation

Once we receive your booking fee, we will start planning your photo session. We will send you a questionnaire to fill out in order to determine what you intend to do with the beautiful images. What are your expectations for this photo session? Would you like an album to display on your coffee table? Or would you prefer a large canvas for your living room? Or do you need photographs for your website? What is your décor style? During your free pre-session consultation, on the phone or in-person, we will go over your questionnaire, what to wear, and answer all the questions you have to ensure a successful photo shoot. We will also review your investment options and talk about the different print possibilities. We will set a date and time for your photo session and determine a location for your photo shoot. We can also assist you in scheduling your hair & make up appointment with our talented hair & make up artist.

The Photo Session

The day before your session, we will confirm the time and location and make sure that the weather forecast will allow us to have a good experience (if not, we will re-schedule). Our goal here is to have fun and enjoy ourselves: no stress, just relax and smile! We will guide you with what to do with your hands, where to look. Feel free to bring props such as blankets, signs or anything that is meaningful to you.

The Reveal and Ordering appointment

A week or two after the photo session, we will meet at our office to finally view the best 20 to 30 images from our photo session. This is the time when you will be able to place your order so make sure to bring all party involved in the decision making process to your viewing session. You will be able to touch and feel samples of all of the unique print products we are offering. Once you pick your favorite photographs, we will decide together what is the best way to display them, whether you would like them in an album, a folio box or large prints or canvas.

Art Delivery

Two to four weeks later, depending on your order, your art piece will be ready for pick up. We will contact you right away and make arrangements for you to take home your new family heirloom(s). We can’t wait for this precious moment when you will finally be able to touch what we created together.

COMMISSIONED PORTRAIT INVESTMENT

Photographs send us back in time to revisit fun times through fond memories. Taking the time to invest in photography for your family is commendable. The photographs we will create together will become family heirlooms that will be cherished for years to come.

A LA CARTE

The creative session fee ($175 ) includes the time and talent of the photographer and:

  • A pre-session consultation where we discuss your goals for the photo session, on the phone or in person
  • Up to 2 hours of photography on location or at your home (surroundings of Rincon, Puerto Rico)
  • Post-session processing and preparation of your images (Typically 25 to 30 photographs)
  • A private viewing/ordering appointment where you will be able to order your prints and/or digital files.

All products and digital files are purchased separately and are not included in the session fee. Fine art prints, canvas, albums and digitals negatives are not included in the session fee and will be available to purchase separately, during your viewing appointment. Printed art starts at $175.00. Digital negatives start at $175.00. Our clients typically invest between $1,200 to $4,500 in additional wall art, albums and folio boxes. When you come back to your reveal appointment, we will look at all the images and you will be able to select the ones you want. What you buy is entirely up to you! And you will not make that final decision until you are looking at your images. My job is to take photographs of you that you love.

If you would like a make over with our hair & makeup artist, add $125.

An additional fee is required for groups of 6 or more.

A signed client agreement & the session fee payment are required to secure your photo session date. For your convenience, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Prices are subject to change without notice.
